This month we’re pairing a garlic basil chili olive oil with apple balsamic vinegar.
The olive oil brings garlic and basil up front, with a mild chili heat that doesn’t overpower. The apple balsamic is sweet and tangy – the apple flavor comes through clean without being sugary.
Delicious on salads, roasted vegetables, or with bread for dipping. The garlic and basil work well with the apple’s sweetness, and the chili adds just enough kick.
