Description
Produced with a blend of organic, IGP-certified hard (durum) wheats. While industrially-produced pastas are typically made with Teflon-coated steel dies, Marella is extruded through a bronze die, giving a rougher surface texture that better holds sauce. The rainbow (or arcobaleno) coloring comes from all-natural vegetable sources. The light texture of this pasta makes it particularly suited to pairing with pesto and cream sauces.
