
Ingredients
For the drink:
- 5 oz Arugula or mixed greens
- 1 Pear (Bartlett Anjou or Bosc) sliced
- 1/4 C of dried cranberries
- 1/4 C of pecans ( walnuts or pine nuts )
- 1 shallot thinly sliced
- 3 oz goat cheese
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 3 tbsp of OLIVE U CRANBERRY PEAR BALSAMIC
- 3 tbsp of OLIVE U BLOOD ORANGE EVOO
Instructions
- Place the greens in a large salad bowl. In a small bowl, whusk together the orange juice, balsamic and EVOO. Pour over the salad and toss to combine. Top with pear slices, dried cranberries, pecans, shallots and little dabs of goat cheese.
