
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup OliveU Espresso Balsamic
- 2 Tbs OliveU Garlic Evoo
- 2 Tbs Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbs Brown Sugar
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt & Pepper
- 5 lbs Steak
Instructions
- Whisk all marinade ingredients together.
- Marinate: Place the steak in a resealable bag for 1 to 24 hours.
- Cook: Pan sear over medium heat until it reaches your desired doneness.
- Baste: Use the remaining marinade while cooking.
- Rest: Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving.
