
Ingredients
- 2 - 3 TBSP of Olive U Herb De Provence EVOO
- 1 - 2 TBSP of Olive U Pumpkin Spice Balsamic
- 1 Butternut Squash, peeled and diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees, peel and dice the butternut squash, toss with minced garlic, EVOO and salt and pepper to taste.
- Roast for about 30 mins , flipping half way though, or until tender, golden brown caramelized.
- Drizzle the roasted butternut squash when done in oven with Pumpkin Spice Balsamic and toss to coat
