Strawberry Balsamic Vodka Martini
Ingredients
- 3 ounces vodka
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. Olive U Strawberry Balsamic
- 1 strawberry
- orange rind (used as a twist)
Instructions
- For best results, place the vodka and martini glass in the freezer for at least 30 minutes ahead of time.
- Alternatively, you can use a martini shaker filled with ice to chill the vodka. Start by pouring 1/2 to 1 tsp. of strawberry balsamic into a small dish or saucer.
- Roll the strawberry in the balsamic vinegar to coat thoroughly. Place it immediately in the chilled martini glass and add vodka.
- Twist the orange rind over the martini glass allowing the oils from the peel to mix with the vodka.
