Sesame Chicken Stir Fry

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
thinly sliced or cubed

Broccoli Slaw

Baby Corn

Snow Peas

Red Bell Pepper
thinly sliced
Instructions
Marinate chicken in 2 oz of sesame oil, honey ginger balsamic, soy sauce and minced garlic.
Put in fridge for 30 minutes to an hr.
Heat 1 tbsp. of sesame oil in large skillet.
Cook broccoli slaw, baby corn, snow peas and red pepper until tender about 5-8 minutes.
Remove veggie from skillet and set it aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil, remove chicken from marinade, reserving liquid. cook chicken for about 5 minutes.
Return veggies and the reserved marinade to skillet with chicken. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer.
Cook an additional 5-7 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
Serve over rice of your choice.
