Sesame Chicken Stir Fry

A savory dish featuring tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and a flavorful sesame sauce. This delicious stir fry is quick to prepare and bursting with umami flavors.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz OliveU! Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 oz OliveU! Honey Ginger Balsamic
  • 2 oz Soy Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast thinly sliced or cubed
  • 2 cups Broccoli Slaw
  • 1/2 cup Baby Corn
  • 1/2 cup Snow Peas
  • 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken in 2 oz of sesame oil, honey ginger balsamic, soy sauce and minced garlic. 
  • Put in fridge for 30 minutes to an hr.
  • Heat 1 tbsp. of sesame oil in large skillet.
  • Cook broccoli slaw, baby corn, snow peas and red pepper until tender about 5-8 minutes.
  • Remove veggie from skillet and set it aside. 
  • Heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil, remove chicken from marinade, reserving liquid. cook chicken for about 5 minutes. 
  • Return veggies and the reserved marinade to skillet with chicken. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer. 
  • Cook an additional 5-7 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
  • Serve over rice of your choice.
