
Ingredients
- 3 oz OliveU! Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 oz OliveU! Honey Ginger Balsamic
- 2 oz Soy Sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast thinly sliced or cubed
- 2 cups Broccoli Slaw
- 1/2 cup Baby Corn
- 1/2 cup Snow Peas
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper thinly sliced
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in 2 oz of sesame oil, honey ginger balsamic, soy sauce and minced garlic.
- Put in fridge for 30 minutes to an hr.
- Heat 1 tbsp. of sesame oil in large skillet.
- Cook broccoli slaw, baby corn, snow peas and red pepper until tender about 5-8 minutes.
- Remove veggie from skillet and set it aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil, remove chicken from marinade, reserving liquid. cook chicken for about 5 minutes.
- Return veggies and the reserved marinade to skillet with chicken. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer.
- Cook an additional 5-7 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve over rice of your choice.
